Thisby

graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong majoring in Cultural Management. Thisby interned with Residency Unlimited, an art foundation in NYC as a Gallery Administration Intern.

“It’s so rare in New York as a foreigner to step into the art scene here where no one knows you. When I arrived in New York, ABI helped me by arranging gatherings and museum trips.”

“It’s never easy for art students to network, it’s really hard to access. Right now, I’m actually assisting Residency Unlimited’s program director, as well as 16 artists and curators this month.”

Being a part of the ABI global community feels amazing. I’ve come to New York and have the opportunity to meet so many cool kids in the same generation from design and fine art backgrounds.
