  You provide position requirements and expectations. We hand select potential interns from our diverse pool of candidates and send only those who are qualified for consideration.
   

• VETTING PROCESS
   

Candidates that are accepted to our program have been through a detailed application process. We require applicants to provide a resume, personal essays, and letters of recommendation before they are vetted via Zoom interview by our application committee. We take the time to understand each prospective intern’s experience and desired career trajectory.
 

• FULL COMMITMENT
  
  Our interns travel across national and global borders specifically for this work experience, and are therefore fully committed and expecting full-time work.

• VISA PROCESS
   

ABI works with accredited visa sponsors to manage the visa process for the employer. You will fill out one simple form and we will take care of the rest, including fees.
 

• PROGRESS SUPPORT & FOLLOW UP
   

ABI regularly checks in with both intern and hiring company during the internship to ensure that everything is progressing as expected.
 

• CUSTOMIZED INTERN SERIVCES
   

Our intern-specific services cover travel logistics, visa applications, city and workplace orientation, and accommodations for a seamless global internship. ABI also offers a community and support system throughout the program. ABI is also available to employers at any time during the internship to answer questions.
